Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: April 20, 2026.

MahjongPulse is reader-supported. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. This page explains exactly how that works and the rules we follow to keep coverage honest.

Amazon Associates

MahjongPulse is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Direct brand partnerships

We also have or may have direct affiliate relationships with mahjong-focused brands — including (but not limited to) The Mahjong Line, Oh My Mahjong, and GammonVillage — where we earn a commission on purchases made through our links. These relationships are transparent: if you see us recommend a product and there’s an affiliate link attached, assume we earn something if you buy.

Editorial independence

We take editorial independence seriously. Our ground rules:

  • No brand, partner, or sponsor sees a review or article before it publishes.
  • No sponsor is ever promised a positive review in exchange for a partnership or free product.
  • We recommend products based on hands-on evaluation and research — not on which program pays the highest commission.
  • When a product is sent to us for review, we disclose it in the piece itself.
  • Sponsored content, if we ever publish any, will be clearly labeled as such at the top of the post.

FTC compliance

This disclosure is provided to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. If you have questions about any specific article or recommendation, email editorial@mahjongpulse.com.
